it's really annoying to be reduced to level 0 after I've climbed to level 2 , it's really a waste of money for me in the sense that i haven't gotten my rewards Worth to the amount spent in reaching to the level, so why bringing me down to zero?

The app has shown some promise, but the system is quite frustrating. It's perplexing that someone can stream for hours without being able to claim their rewards. Users are continually being informed that the system is busy, and the exchanges take a considerable amount of time to appear in the wallet. Additionally, the beans in the wallet don't get approved after the stated 24 hours for withdrawals. The management needs to address these issues.

very nice app, and very easy to use, though I haven't withdraw yet. will give 5 star once I withdraw. I'm a newbie.
