About this app

Cloud Backup lets you access docs, music, videos and pictures stored on your Windows PC or Apple Mac from anywhere. Our desktop software will automatically back up your important files to your online account, and our Android app enables you to access those files securely from anywhere.
Plus the app can automatically upload the media and document files on your phone to your Cloud Backup account.

With the Cloud Backup app you can:

- View and edit your documents anywhere
- Automatically back up all the photos and videos on your phone or tablet
- View your photos in full screen slideshow mode
- Stream songs or videos from your account to your phone or via Chromecast
- Share files with friends and family

YOU DEFINITELY NEED THIS!!!! so it finally happened, for someone who always does backups this is still a life saver for photos and videos on our phones and laptops as in raw photos 4k vids etc as after years of using currys (prior to 2020) but never needing it, last month June 2026, 6 months of photos and videos so easily approaching 100gb appeared lost (friends wedding photographs, yes you read that correctly), so an afternoon downloading saved the day.

Awful product. There's no way to automatically backup document files only photos and videos. You can create folders but can't move files between these folders. It has an outdated music playlist function (which I can't figure how to use), most people use music streaming services these days. File uploads one at a time?? Really basic stuff missing. I'm upset I was bamboozled into buying this and now I'm stuck with it for 3 years. I will not be renewing. I've marked the date in my calendar.

if you have any disruption to the WiFi the back up cancels and doesn't resume. one drive worked seamlessly this does not. downloading files off the cloud to Android crashes more than it works. I've never retrieved a folder of files first time. when you are downloading if you touch any part of the screen it cancels the download edit: turns out the automated backup hasn't worked in three months. Edit: sharing files is via an e-mailed link (!) Which doesn't work. Don't buy
