Live Meeting Notes turns every meeting into a complete written record: high-quality recording, automatic AI speech-to-text, a written summary, and a Word report in just a few taps.

KEY FEATURES

🎙️ Reliable recording
Record straight from the microphone, pausing and resuming at any time while the audio file stays continuous. Recording keeps running when the screen turns off or you switch to another app, and a notification stays visible for the whole session so you always know the microphone is active.

✨ AI speech-to-text with Gemini
Once you stop recording, one tap turns the whole recording into a transcript with punctuation and speaker labels. Long recordings are processed in parts, with a progress bar so you can follow along.

Turn on Smart Transcribe and the text appears in real time while you record, translated into the language you choose. View the original, the translation, or both side by side.

PRIVACY

Your recordings, notes and exported files are stored on your device. The app contacts a server only to sync your licence, or when you actively use an AI feature — at which point the relevant data is sent to the Google Gemini API for processing. No ads, no behavioural tracking SDKs.
