While this app appears to have a few minor bugs, their support was quick to respond. Friendly about recommendations I had made and overall a quality support experience. While the app works well, I have to agree that their email system to recieving both PAPS and PARS paperwork is less than impressive. Many times I have had to call in order to confirm they recieved the paperwork and then being told they did not recieve it on the 4th or 5th time of me re-spending it. Regardless 5 stars for service.

This broker and app are garbage! every time I go to Canada, I have to stop to email and fax my paperwork multiple times. when you call to complain. you are forced to talk to people that barely speak English. It would be great to be able to take pictures of the paperwork and send it with the app

Easy enough for Canada bound. Just enter PARS and it works. Can't get US bound to work at all. Tried entering SCAC and BOL as directed, nothing comes up. Tried it with trip number and also PAPS, just in case. Nothing. What's wrong with having a simple PAPS tracker, like the one for PARS?
