Livingston Shipment Tracker - allows mobile access to the clearance status of PARS (Canada bound) and PAPS (US bound) truck shipments, as well as shipments via air, ocean and rail.
Livingston Shipment Tracker offers dispatchers, carriers and clients a quick and easy way to track shipments.
Livingston’s Shipment Tracker features:
- SpeedScanner functionality – simply scan your PARS/PAPS barcode, and go
- Manual input of bill of lading or PARS/PAPS number for shipments without a barcode
- “Set and forget” functionality available for Canadian border entries (PARS tracker) – provides shipment alerts with the click of a button
- Available in multiple languages: English, Spanish and French

While this app appears to have a few minor bugs, their support was quick to respond. Friendly about recommendations I had made and overall a quality support experience. While the app works well, I have to agree that their email system to recieving both PAPS and PARS paperwork is less than impressive. Many times I have had to call in order to confirm they recieved the paperwork and then being told they did not recieve it on the 4th or 5th time of me re-spending it. Regardless 5 stars for service.

They are very slow take about 8 to 10 hours to clear the load, with other brokers I never had a issue always cleared about 1 hour

This broker and app are garbage! every time I go to Canada, I have to stop to email and fax my paperwork multiple times. when you call to complain. you are forced to talk to people that barely speak English. It would be great to be able to take pictures of the paperwork and send it with the app
