I received the scale almost a year ago. Things started fine, but I needed more than just a scale and an app. I was also disappointed with the long response times. I tried to start again in March but the scale wouldn't turn on. Changed batteries and still nothing. So I uninstalled in April, but a July EOB says Livongo is still charging.
