About this app

If you are a Llamaya customer, this is your application. With it you can manage from your mobile everything that has to do with your lines

- Simple and permanent access, the app remembers you so you don't have to constantly enter your data.
- Your consumption: calls, data consumed, messages sent, if you have a contracted bonus, everything that may interest you about your line.
- Your invoices: you can see your invoices from the last few months and download them in PDF.
- Configuration: you can activate or deactivate your mobile services or contract bonuses if you need it.
- If you have several lines, you can easily check all of them from the application.
- And now, if you use the widget, it is much easier to know your consumption at all times.

To use it you will only need your mobile phone and your Mi Llamaya password. If you still don't have your password or don't remember it, you can get it by entering the application itself.

Ratings and reviews

The price is good, but the customer service is terrible. I was charged 10€ eight times within a few hours without my consent. They refused full responsibility and only offered a 30€ refund, less than half the amount taken. Every time I contact support on WhatsApp, the representative disappears mid-conversation. This already happened 4 times. On top of that, I’m still waiting for the service to work properly.

Thiefs! I was stuck at the airport at midnight trying to activate 5 euro plan and ended up paying 50 euro for some data that was taken from the topup money. i topup and cant even buy a plan before money runs out. No help from support either. Thanks and bye scammers.

has been great but since you updated to the new look I am unable to use the app, it keeps telling me something went wrong. please release an update because I like checking my account and billing
