Ecrah is a smart offline e-class record app designed to help teachers manage student grades, attendance, and performance with ease. Whether you're handling one section or up to six different classes, Ecrah allows you to track, calculate, and export class records—all without an internet connection.

Built specifically for classroom teachers, Ecrah offers a complete grading solution that covers Written Works, Performance Tasks, and Quarterly Assessments. It automatically computes grades based on subject-specific weightings and gives you full control over every record. Whether you’re teaching elementary, junior high, or senior high, Ecrah adapts to your needs while keeping everything secure and offline.

Each of the six supported class sections has its own separate database. That means your records stay organized by section, including student lists, task scores, written work entries, exam scores, and attendance logs. There’s no mix-up across sections, and everything is compartmentalized for better recordkeeping.

With Ecrah, adding students is quick and easy. You can filter them by gender, assign scores for up to 10 Written Works and 10 Performance Tasks, input Quarterly Assessment results, and even track attendance per student per date. Attendance records can be filtered by date range, and all records are exportable for reporting purposes.

Visualizing performance is just as important as recording it. That’s why Ecrah includes simple visual dashboards showing line graphs for quizzes, performance tasks, and exams. Attendance is also summarized per month, giving a clear picture of each student's presence in class.

Exporting is made simple. All grading and attendance data can be exported to Excel or PDF files, which are saved directly to your device’s Downloads folder. These files are fully structured and can be shared with your school head, printed, or stored for future use. Column widths, student names, subject titles, and totals are all neatly organized—making reports both readable and professional.

Privacy is a top priority. Ecrah works entirely offline and does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data externally. Your records are saved locally on your device and can only be accessed by you. No account creation, no cloud sync, and no hidden tracking—just secure and private offline use.
