Every month is a turn. Pick your policies, answer the crises, manage the economy, watch your approval - and survive the next election. Presido is a deep, text-driven political simulator that plays entirely offline.

YOUR RISE
Start as a Community Activist with a tiny war chest, a handful of political capital and 10% approval. Meet the thresholds - popularity and influence - to rise through eight ranks: Community Activist, Councillor, Mayor, Governor, Prime Minister, President, National Leader, Historical Icon. The last four are won at the ballot box, on a fixed election clock that never stops.

EIGHTEEN POLICIES
Spend political capital on a campaign deck that starts small - community rallies, leaflets, petitions - and grows into government: raise or cut taxes, fight corruption, fund police, build roads and railways, invest in schools and hospitals, subsidise energy, privatise industries and sign trade deals.

TWENTY EVENTS, TEN BLACK SWANS
A fuel price crisis. A teachers' strike. Devastating floods. A corruption allegation. A rival emerges. Then the once-in-a-run shocks: an oil discovery, a global recession, a pandemic, a technology revolution, international sanctions, a constitutional crisis. Each event is a decision, and each decision lands somewhere: the young, the working class, business, the elite, the media.

THE WHOLE NATION ON ONE SCREEN
Approval by group, GDP and growth, inflation, debt, unemployment, tax rate, education, healthcare, infrastructure, security, five private sectors - and your treasury. Every month the briefing reviews what happened: risk dashboard, key events, the advisor's verdict and next month's forecast.

FIVE LEADERSHIP STYLES, FOUR CRISIS SCENARIOS, SEVEN NATIONS
Lead as a Democrat, Reformer, Populist, Technocrat or Strong Leader - each bends your support in a different direction. Start from a generic nation, or from a full country campaign with its own currency, economy and election calendar. Add crisis scenarios: Economic Collapse, World War, the AI Revolution, an Energy Crisis.

DIPLOMACY
Seven countries to work with - trade deals, aid, investment, state visits - while your relations with each of them rise and fall.

A LEGACY, NOT A SCORE
Retire, win or lose, and the game writes your legacy: highest approval, GDP peak, election record, foreign deals signed, projects completed. Ten achievements wait, from First Election Win to Longest Serving Leader.

WHAT THIS GAME IS NOT
Presido is a work of fiction. The nation, its parties, officials and news stories are invented for play. Real countries appear only as diplomatic contacts within the fiction, and nothing in the game is real-world political advice. Money in Presido is game money: there is nothing to cash out and no real prizes. The Google Play version sells nothing at all - no in-app purchases, no adverts, no analytics and no trackers. It also asks for no permissions and collects nothing: the app has no internet access, no account and no sign-in; your run is saved on your device and nowhere else.
