conditionfile is a private, dated record of the condition of a rented home — room by room, from the day you move in to the day you hand the keys back. Photograph each room, note the marks that were already there, and let the record do the talking.

HOW IT WORKS

Add a home. Add its rooms. Then walk through and record what you see.

• Condition entries — a date, a condition grade, what you can see, and a photo taken on this phone.
• Move-in and move-out — record the same rooms twice, so what changed is obvious.
• Repair trail — log anything that breaks, with the date you reported it and whether it was fixed.
• The handover pack — build a dated PDF for move-in, move-out or the full record, and share it with a landlord, letting agent or deposit scheme.
