Cuefile is the run sheet for the person running the day: the host, the best man, the mother of the bride, the one holding the clipboard at the works do.
Three documents in one phone, all built from a single plan.
WHAT HAPPENS
The beat sheet: what happens and in what order, plus the actual words of each announcement under its own cue, so you are not improvising a toast with sixty people watching. A revision number sits at the top so you can see at a glance which version your helpers are holding.
WHEN IT HAPPENS
The run sheet: every cue with a time, cue by cue, from the doors opening to the last taxi.
WHO AND WHAT
The call sheet: names, roles, phone numbers and the time each person needs to arrive, with a tap to ring them. Then custody of the physical stuff: the cake, the rings, the card box, the keys. Each thing has a holder and a place-by time, and a tick for when it is actually there, so "who has it" has an answer at four in the afternoon.
BACK-TIMED FROM ONE ANCHOR
Set the anchor to the sit-down or the first dance and every cue on the sheet is timed from it, before and after. If the registrar runs twenty minutes late, you change one time and the whole day re-times with it. Nobody wants to hand-edit thirty rows in a doorway.
BUILT FOR THE DAY ITSELF
- Works with no signal. No account, no sign-in, nothing leaves the phone.
- The revision stamp only advances when you export, so the number on the paper someone is holding tells you if it is still current.
- Export the sheet as a clean text document through the Android share sheet: message it, email it, print it, or read it in the car.
- Day and night palettes, sized for a phone held at arm's length in a dark venue.
- Dates, times and phone numbers follow your own regional format.

One plan with the full run sheet, call sheet and export is free, permanently. Cuefile Pro is a yearly subscription that unlocks the shelf: unlimited plans, and a library to keep the finished ones in. If a subscription lapses, nothing is hidden and nothing is deleted. Google Play shows the price in your own currency before you buy, and manages or cancels the subscription.
