Verification and training completed, but I was assigned a store 15 km away despite having a much closer store near my location. I contacted customer support multiple times, visited both stores, spoke with fleet managers, re-logged my account as instructed, and followed every step given to me. Still, no solution. Customer support sends me to fleet managers, and fleet managers send me back to support. I genuinely want to work, but there seems to be no proper process to resolve rider issues.

Worst experience ever. An order was assigned to me, so I went to the restaurant, only to find out that the same order had also been assigned to another delivery partner, who had already picked it up. I contacted customer support to report the issue, but instead of resolving it, they locked my account and charged me a penalty fee of ₹692.

Some major problems.This means that the App goes online only if you turn on the over-the-app notification.This is a very bad This is the inability to properly monitor the road, which often leads to accidents. Not only that, they make another order given without our knowledge and we can't cancel it. This is very unfortunate.Please provide the facility to turn off over-the-App notifications and also do not place batch orders without our permission
