LockFlow Service Hub is a phone-based dispatch notebook for locksmith businesses. It keeps appointments, work orders, parts, quotes, and price worksheets on the device without a sign-in server.

Initial launch can populate sample services, parts, appointments, work orders, quotes, team profiles, and company text. Dispatch home filters by today, 7 days, or 30 days and shows counts such as open calls, jobs scheduled today, completed jobs, and outstanding quote value based on stored records.

Create appointments with client labels, service types, dates, and status. Work orders can be added when linked business rules are met (approved quotes for new orders). Open lists for appointments, work orders, and parts inventory to add, edit, or delete entries.

Services is a categorized catalogue with typical duration and price ranges, highlights, and planning notes. Mark services as favourites locally.

Quotes supports search, status chips, sorting, line items, totals, and deletion. Build new quotes or update existing ones.

Estimator collects travel, labour, parts, tax, discount, and related fields, updates totals as values change, and saves results to history for later review or deletion. Treat outputs as internal worksheets for quoting—not guaranteed job prices.

Company hub opens timeline, team, we, where, about, and contact tabs for Cal Coast Locksmith Services profile content. Phone, email, and map buttons use external apps when installed.
