Waste of money. Very disappointing experience. I paid ₹1,600 for a monthly subscription just to access owner contact numbers. Out of the 30 contacts provided, many numbers are invalid, yet each one still gets deducted from the limit. There are also several suspicious/fake listings where people demand money before even allowing you to visit the property. Messages sent through the app are rarely answered. For a paid service, the quality and verification of listings are extremely poor.

Scam-like and misleading app. They claim you can post an ad for free, but it's only free for one day. Most of the calls are not from genuine customers—they just waste your limited contact numbers. After that, they keep calling repeatedly, 3+ times a day , trying to force you to buy a paid plan. They constantly ask if the property is still available instead of bringing real buyers. Very frustrating experience.

Filled with misleading and fake listings. Brokers often post other flats with a lower price and larger area to attract buyers. When you visit, you’re told that the listed flat is already sold, and they try to sell you another flat in the same building at a higher price and smaller area. Even after reporting such listings, they remain on the portal. There should be an option to report incorrect price, area, or misleading broker listings.
