Ratings and reviews

A lot of the listings are scammers even in the premium listings - people claiming to be owners posting false images and asking for extra money. The agents will convince you to buy the premium subscription but you'll see the same amount of listings as the free version and there'll be these kinds of scams. Tried calling customer support as that is supposed to be included with my plan but didn't hear back

horrible experience. they say they will give you a photoshoot of the property but they do not. 3-4 people from their team will call you for upsell and speak to you like goons. I seriously don't know what they're doing. they used to be good before. not now. app always shows something went wrong and always triggers new purchase even after buying a paid plan

I attempted to pay my rent using a credit card through the app, but the transaction failed. Although the refund was initiated to the original payment source, I still haven’t received it even after 25 days. This has been a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend using this app until they make proper improvements and upgrades.
