Lodgaroo is a simple record-keeping tool for tracking rent and rent payments — by any method. It's especially handy for cash, which is easy to lose track of, but works just as well for bank transfers or however your tenants pay. Built for private landlords, head-tenants, share houses and rooming arrangements who want a clean, accurate record without spreadsheets — plus a tidy way to handle shared bills and expenses.

Lodgaroo is a record-keeping and organising tool. It does not process, hold or transfer money, and it is not a bank, payment or financial service. Your tenants pay you directly — cash, bank transfer, however you arrange — and Lodgaroo simply records it.
