About this app

Log Fever helps you keep track of your child's fever, medication and symptoms
— calmly, at 3am, with one hand.

Everything stays on your phone. There is no account, no internet connection,
and no data ever leaves your device unless you choose to share or export it
yourself. Log Fever does not diagnose, does not suggest doses, and does not
replace medical advice — it simply helps you remember what happened and when.

WHAT YOU CAN LOG
• Temperature readings — value, measurement method (rectal, oral, armpit, ear,
forehead) and time, in °C or °F
• Medication doses — what you gave, how much, and when, with a timer showing
when the next dose is allowed based on the interval you set
• Symptoms, mood and free-text notes
• Lab results (CRP, rapid test, PCR, blood count, or your own), exactly as
written on the report
• Photos attached to any entry — stored privately on your phone, never in
your gallery, never uploaded anywhere
• Optional health history (allergies, chronic conditions, vaccinations)

DESIGNED FOR TIRED PARENTS
• Large buttons, dark theme and a dim night mode
• Log a temperature or a dose in three taps or fewer
• Every entry can be corrected or undone
• Warnings for an early dose or a duplicate active ingredient, so mistakes
are harder to make
• Works for more than one child, with a clear name and colour on every entry
so you never mix them up

STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
• No account, no sign-up, no internet permission at all
• No ads, no analytics, no trackers, no third-party services
• Your own back-up, saved to a folder you choose, or a file you share with
the other parent — nothing happens automatically or without your say

• A clear summary (PDF or CSV) of readings, doses, symptoms and notes for a
chosen period, ready to print, email or share before an appointment

BUILT FOR YOUR LANGUAGE
Log Fever is built to work in many languages, with correct number formats,
date/time formats and right-to-left support where needed.

Log Fever is a logging and reminder tool for parents. It does not calculate
medication doses, does not diagnose, and does not replace your doctor.
Always follow your pediatrician's guidance, and call your local emergency
number in an emergency — Log Fever does not provide one.
