Dont trust potafo customer care. I placed an order amounting to INR.443. I changed the location but once i placed the order it was showing 6 km away from where i stand. I took help from customer care and what they told is "we can cancel the order and amount will be credited to your bank account and you can place fresh order" order got cancelled and no refund received. Dont trust Potafo

I have been using potafo for years and it's exclusive restaurant partners are awesome.I am very happy to see the new app version. Really improved in overall & waiting to see even more ❤️.

Worst experience ever from a food delivery app. You order something they take the money, and that's it. There is no way you contact someone if the food is not delivered, items are missing or delivery is delayed for like 2 hours. You can't contact customer service, because there is only one phone number, which will be either busy or not reachable. It happened once, I called and complained (after trying for 10 mins straight). Yet it happened again.
