the worst food delivery app. irresponsible staff and management. my order was cancelled and still the refund is not credited. i called customer service for a month. worst customer service

I had a terrible experience with this platform. I made a transaction that failed because of their system upgrade, but the money was still deducted from my account. I contacted their customer support multiple times, and every single time they promised the refund would be processed soon. It has now been 2 months and I still haven't received my money back. Holding a customer's money for months after a failed transaction shows zero accountability.

Worst experience ever from a food delivery app. You order something they take the money, and that's it. There is no way you contact someone if the food is not delivered, items are missing or delivery is delayed for like 2 hours. You can't contact customer service, because there is only one phone number, which will be either busy or not reachable. It happened once, I called and complained (after trying for 10 mins straight). Yet it happened again.
