I do not get the receipt from hotel along with the food. Suspecting whether the food from the right hotel is being delivered. The reason for suspicion is the quality of the food. Also even the food is packed in some blank covers, where typically we see hotel branding. Also per new norms, the food preparation time has to be mentioned in parcels, which somehow I don't see in the parcels deliverd. Potafo might want to ensure this. Delivery charges also is comparatively higher.

I liked the older version. Its difficult to navigate through the menu as you have scroll down to see all the options. Earlier it was all side by side under each category so you just had to swipe to go from starters to main course to accompaniments etc. Other than that the new update is good. I was quite surprised when my order of 3 biriyanis and 10 appams along with a fish and chicken curries arrived in less than half an hour. There had been times when I waited for almost 2 hours. So hi5 for that

Dont waste your money and time. The app have tied up with all major hotels that is the only 1 pros. You will never get your order on time. If you get the order within 2 hr you are lucky. No proper reply from the customer care This is my real experience with this app. It's not a one or 2 time issue. I tried many orders this is the experience from all time. So my suggestion is avoid this app
