This app and job makes things very difficult for riders. Apart from having a very low rate, far distance for drop off and pick up, almost as if it wasn't considered how difficult it is to reach some locations, the in-app map often fails you and provides confusion. You will earn money that's a guarantee but it will require you to struggle tooth and nail.

Increasing requirements for incentives is insane. Not only that, when an order gets cancelled, gets hijacked or any problems related to the order, the rider gets the blame and even gets restricted indefinitely. We can't even see the order before accepting it which is unacceptable because some order have no regards on how the rider will struggle to bring the order. Be more fair to the riders. We only get a small percentage of what the shipping fee cost on the food panda app. Don't exploit riders.
