Useless customer service. I paid 1,440 pesos and it didn't relfect on the app. Both BPI and Dragonpay have confimed that the transaction was successful. However, all the customer service agents I have submitted the ticket to told me that they will escalate the problem. I have submitted several tkckets regarding this and no one pays attention to this issue. So until now, my money hasn't been refunded. What's the point of having a rider support if they don't actually resolve the issues?

The delivery fee is so low. It's not worth it, just apply to grab. Grab's delivery fee is more acceptable for your gas, vehicle and time than this app. Grab's delivery fee is atleast 30% higher than this app. All foodpanda riders are complaining because of the foodpanda delivery fee, but they're sucking it up because Grab is not accepting applicants or they have no choice. Foodpanda app is ripping their riders off because of their delivery fee. It's just unacceptable.

I have to uninstall/install the app every day because loses its function after just one day. If I don't do it, the app will always ask for my email and password even if I already logged in. I can't even view my wallet and payment, it get stuck on loading.
