Password reset issue fixed. New vendor and delivery destinations information is useful. However, the backend is inconsistent, kept switching to the previous and current versions when rider is online. Most of the time, logging off/closing app/relaunch/re-log is required to fix that issue. Login facial gestures required is absurd and may violate local privacy laws.

I have been using the Foodpanda delivery app for a while, but lately, the performance has become frustrating. The app is extremely slow when it comes to picking up and dropping off orders, which affects my ability to work efficiently. Sometimes, I don’t receive any orders for up to 2 hours because the notifications stop working. As a result, my earnings have dropped significantly. This is a serious issue for someone like me who depends on this income to make a living
