Unfortunately, the app does not open at all and I cannot log in to track my order. I already placed an order and tried to contact support by email yesterday, but I received no response. I even updated the app, deleted it, and reinstalled it, but nothing worked. This is very disappointing and I hope the technical issue is fixed soon, as customers need reliable service to track their orders!

Updated my app, app does nit open screen remains black does not load at all. Uninstalled app, downloaded again still the same problem persists.
