Ratings and reviews

The company put out an app update and now app crashes and makes fish feeder unusable. The company is aware and has said for over 10 days that they are "looking into it". The simple solution would be to revert to the previous version of the app so their customers could use their purchased devices. I will be tossing all ilonda devices that I have in the trash, uninstalling the app, and making sure to post reviews on Amazon and anywhere else I can to warn people. In reply: still not fixed ilonda.

Hello. It is 2nd day that I can't change the mode of feeding the fish: the app says that its download logs are broken. The phone helper recommends as a solution to reinstall the app as soon as the developer publishes the solution to the bug. When can I expect the solution to this? P.s. I have 2 of your feeders and I am actively recommending it to all my friends who have their own aquariums. I was going to buy 2 more because I got more aquariums... And now this problem... I am really looking forw

Hard to set up but now works, First install app and make sure you are on home wifi. At first after multiple attempts, the feeder wouldnt connect. Left it unplugged over night. Plugged in next day. It was right next to wifi router. Did not touch it. It went to flashing light by itself. Then I opened the app with phone right next to router and added device. Now it works.
