Ratings and reviews

They dont have a cancellation rule for orders, have had the same customer schedule for pick up twice and then set a time with me promptly but the day of they ghost me and when I go to pick up there is no order and they will not respond to messages, you guys really should make the customers pay cancelltion fees that go to the washer for their gas and time for driving out to pick orders up.

I love washing for Londr. My only complaint would be that the app doesn't immediately notify u when a job is available. I keep the app open so I can see and accept be jobs. Other than that, everything on the app works perfectly.

Keep getting an error message, name not resolved when I try to log in to the app or website. No support to contact for help. Tried uninstalling and re installing and it still doesn't work.
