I like the app and do most of my transactions through the app. its really innovative. pro: you can do all transactions in kenya through the app whether its sending money to anyone or using a paybill or till it is really good. con Sending money fron loop to loop can be tedious because of muscle memory. I always send money from loop to mpesa. So the one time I need to send money to a loop account just out of habit I send to mpesa. loop to loop button should be super imposed on the app.

This app never works when I want to use it. For almost half a year, I have to delete and reinstall the app just to log in. Now, for the last week or so, it isn't even logging in. The error message in both cases is "We are unable to complete this transaction at the moment please try again later". Looks like its time to go back to Equity

This app is great in features. My only problem is the speed. It is too slow and unreliable most of the time. Of all the other mobile money apps I have used, this is the slowest. Every update makes it even slower. You keep adding more features but neglect the speed. If you need to pay for something in a hurry, say on a supermarket queue or boda boda fare it will disappoint. Logging in the app: 2/10. Transacting: 4/10. Features: 10/10. It is an all in one app at the cost of speed & it is buggy.
