KinSignal helps families, carers, and individuals build a calm wellbeing check-in routine with the people they trust.

Choose your check-in schedule and receive local reminders when it is time to respond. After setup and your first successful check-in, KinSignal can send a missed check-in alert if your chosen alert timing is reached. Eligible verified trusted contacts can acknowledge the alert and follow up with you.

KEEP PRIVATE INFORMATION LOCAL

Create private emergency notes and image attachments inside an encrypted local vault protected by a PIN and optional biometric unlock. Plaintext note content and attachments stay on your device by default, and alert notifications never include private note content.

OPTIONAL PRIVATE NOTE RELEASE

Advanced includes an opt-in release feature for selected text notes. When you explicitly prepare a note, KinSignal encrypts it on your device separately for each selected eligible trusted contact. Only recipient-specific encrypted packages are uploaded.

A missed check-in does not release a note immediately. Release can occur only after the missed check-in remains unresolved and your selected delay, cancellation window, and acknowledgement settings are satisfied. Check in or cancel before release to stop a pending package. Attachments and credential hints are never included.
