The workouts were very good, you could feel how much it was working on your body. It did a good job training your muscles and the food it suggests were accessible for most people and they were yummy. The only bad thing is that there are so many ads popping up but that's not much of a problem.

Its great as it shows one a series of exercises one can do and recommends a diet plan for one. Anyway, it provides more than that but those two are my favourite functions of the app

Exercises are good but app is pathetic. How a person will see the exercise ended or not while doing exercises? There is no voice for start or end of the exercise. Also app doesn't store your weight and height and one day it shows you are in healthy weight and for same weight other day it shows obese.
