The app needs a redesign to get user friendly. Tried to order from a truck. Get all the way through to credit card info. Only 1 time offered for the pickup. Then submit the order and get the message that no more orders today. Really? Tell me about that earlier on the process offer an alternative date & location. Andy that's if you can easily find the way to pre-order from a truck. We abandoned the order.

Save yourself the hassle - don't download this app. It isn't particularly user friendly. Glitches on trying to add several things. It did not show anything about a time estimate before checkout but once I place the order it tells me it'll be an hour and a half from when we order. No way to cancel in the app. Go to the food truck, wait in line for 30 minutes for them to say they won't even get the order until pickup time And they can't cancel it. Just go order at the truck if you Care to try it.

Do not use this app or this company! There is no way to get a refund when their app sends you to a location and it's not where the truck actually is. There's also no way to contact said food truck when you are trying to find out why they aren't where the app said they were. Then you will get the added bonus of non-existent customer service. Feel free to call the one phone number that leads you to a recording and voicemail that will never be acknowledged or the same with their email.
