installed the app specifically for their food truck ordering as they came to town this week. the app did not load pictures, there was no description of the dishes, cannot select gluten-free options, and the soups had only one size despite their menu listing two. so all things I hoped to accomplish with the app - while saving both sides headache and wait time -- cannot be done. except now they have my info for marketing purposes. this does not leave a good first impression.

Its annoying to download an app just for ONE restaurant, then you can only progress passed the "what we offer" slideshow if you log in via Google or Facebook, and then once you do that you're REQUIRED to enter your name, birthdate, cell phone, and more just to look at the menu. Absolutely ridiculous.

The app needs a redesign to get user friendly. Tried to order from a truck. Get all the way through to credit card info. Only 1 time offered for the pickup. Then submit the order and get the message that no more orders today. Really? Tell me about that earlier on the process offer an alternative date & location. Andy that's if you can easily find the way to pre-order from a truck. We abandoned the order.
