The app optionally integrates with Health Connect to sync your workout data:
When you complete a strength training session, it's automatically recorded in Health Connect as a strength training session (including duration and estimated calories), so it appears alongside your other physical activity in other health apps.
If you already have body weight records in Health Connect from another app, you can import them directly to avoid entering them twice. The weight data you upload to the app can also be exported to Health Connect.
Integration with Health Connect is completely optional and is only activated if the user enables it in the settings.
