Good store and prices! App offers even more variety, good discounts, often. Good delivery times. Nice that it helps you to shop a look. Some AI translations to Romanian are weird/off and affect search - i.e. underwear is called cap/hat. Color of products mismatched in words vs. products and unclear what you will get - i.e. for an orange blanket in the picture, color name is gray and description states brown... The descriptions are understandable in the end, and a bit of guesswork involved.

App itself is ok but just ok, more less ok to navigate once you figure out where is what. However since July my e-receipts aren't showing all/ some items I purchased for example I purchased 6 items but e-receipt shows one. Another frustrating thing is that you can't review items bought on it so who is actually reviewing things there?

my experience was very nice in person at virtual sinsay shops and with application as well. products are very nice and quite affordable. but the only thing which raises problems in online shopping on application is language. application should have language change options for example English. otherwise my overall experience with sinsay is very nice and good. thank you 😊😁
