I have paid the amount in the app on the due date but they also credited money to my account, I am really disappointed, poor customer service doesn't tell exactly when to pay the due unwanted messages before 10 days, and a horrible experience

The documents download option is really buggy and even when the storage permissions are provided the download is not happening. It would be helpful if this could be fixed.

I do not recommend anyone to use L&T Finance. Their practices feel exploitative — even if you maintain sufficient balance in your account, they still impose unwarranted bounce charges. Moreover, they pressure you by threatening your CIBIL score, which feels like a form of coercion. Proceed with caution.
