About this app

Rhythm is a morning routine planner and evening routine tracker for practical daily health actions. Build two separate checklists for hydration, daylight, walking, sleep preparation or any actions that fit your day.

START WITH SPECIFIC ACTIONS
Choose ready-made ideas with useful amounts and times, such as one glass of water, 10 minutes of morning daylight or a 10-minute brisk walk. Add your own actions whenever you want.

GET A PRACTICAL TIP
The Today screen rotates through 50 tips about setting up routines, staying consistent, hydration, movement, daylight and sleep preparation.

FOLLOW ONE STEP AT A TIME
Guided mode keeps the current action in view. Complete it or skip it, then continue to the next item in your routine.

SET MORNING AND EVENING ALARMS
Choose one start time for your morning routine and another for your evening routine. Rhythm schedules both reminders separately.

TRACK WHAT YOU COMPLETE
Review completed actions over the last 7 or 30 days. Open any date to see morning and evening results, completion times and an optional mood rating.

YOUR ROUTINE DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
Rhythm stores routine actions, completions, mood ratings and history on your device. Ads and Google Play purchases use their respective services.

Rhythm includes ads. A one-time Google Play purchase removes them. No subscription is required.

Build your morning and evening routines, then start with the next clear action.
