Ratings and reviews

The app was great until the most recent release. Now it is inaccurate, with schedules not running correctly, lights marked as off are on, and commands sent to turn off lights are not working. Additionally, we are unable to pair with thermostats. I am a tech savvy person and this is a catastrophe of an app release. Fire your QA, whomever decided this was a good idea, and get better backend devs. Do all of your users a favor and just roll back.

Working good all the time. I literally haven't ever had a connection to the lights fail ever in the 5 years I've had all these switches. really wish they made indoor outlet controllers like for non-smart devices such as a table lamp or coffee pot that I would like to turn on automatically for a few hours and then turn back off.

This company [and its app] is a complete disappointment. Paid for 7 automated blinds to which 1 failed within a year of installation and within warranty. Others were fine. Finally got a replacement and the company had the nerve to charge me personally on the re-installation although I did nothing wrong and the other synced units were fine. They said I broke it from neglect and worse dirtiness - yet the unit is at 15ft and no one touched it since install. BS customer service - never again.
