they just wanna collect the data and wouldn't even let you procced further without you filling the data. there is no option to delete your profile once you have registered on this app. it seems more like a business of data collection rather than helping the patient. the app interface is bad, cant find the information you are looking dor for in one go. a company with a wrong motivation.

Request new users not to trust this app, I opted for text consultation and paid 100 bucks, but there was no response from the dr and it's been over a week. I even tried to contact their customer care but it was useless. I'm not concerned about the money I paid in advance but if you are going to hope for the response for your query, then I think there are other better apps.

The issue is still not resolved. The app keeps on asking your age, gender, diseases on continuous basis even if you deny to give the information while you browse through the app, which doesn't give the seamless experience. I keep on getting the promotional SMS which can't be stopped. It's very irritating asking the personal health information on continuous basis. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
