I just concluded in the past couple of days that I do not believe this company exits any longer. the app takes forever to open. once it does and you choose your device to open the map, the map is not there, and nothing functions as it should. I sent an email to support, and low and behold, the email bounced back. also, the website seems to have disappeared. so, the only way the robot works is to press the button on the docking station to send it out. so I take it that we are on our own.

Please fix the app. The machine looks great but app doesn't let me use it to its potential. We will return if not fixed. Edit. App updated, but firmware update crashes at 0% so still not usable. Looks like it's time to get a refund.

The app no longer works. I have uninstalled a number of times and reinstalled and the app no longer proceeds beyond the login page after successful sign in. Without the app working I cannot use the robot vac!
