update: I've been holding on for the past 2 months because I thought it could be fixed. reminders are not working, which is the primary reason why people/I use this app in the first place. I keep getting logged out. nothing loads properly in the app. Such a shame... I was so happy with the previous version and can't believe it's still not fixed in the last two months...

It was good, not anymor. I can't even input billing information. Can't login on a PC to try to input billing info and it sends me to install the app that DOESN'T WORK. I got message from the developer team, but mmmm Still does not work. The interface does not allow to scroll past the country field. No matter if all previous field, even the optional ones, are filled.

It was the perfect app for tracking everything my pets needed like food, medications and procedures with reminders and a simple and very organized design for almost a decade. Sadly it has completely changed and is now useless. I wish they could turn back to the way it was before, at least for medications and procedures, it's impossible to see what was done and when, there are no reminders anymore. I'm still very sad for losing track of my pets health procedures in the past after it changed.
