About this app

AppSpot - App Manager & Launcher

AppSpot shows you every app on your device with a clear list, fast search, and one-tap launch. It also tells you, at a glance, which apps are riskier than others, because reading "permissions list" doesn't really explain what an app can do.

SECURITY RISK SCORING

Every installed app gets a Safe / Low / Medium / High risk badge, calculated from the permissions it asked for and how those permissions combine. AppSpot flags patterns like:

- Surveillance (camera + microphone + internet together)
- Stalkerware (location + accessibility + SMS access)
- Call interception
- Device fingerprinting
- Phone-fraud combinations
- Behavioural profiling
- Health-data access
- Debug builds and debug-signed APKs

Sort the whole list by risk score to surface the most concerning apps first.

MANAGE INSTALLED APPS

- List or grid view, with icons, version, package name and risk badge
- Sort by name, installation date, last update, or risk score
- Search by name - text or voice
- One-tap launch any app from the list
- Jump straight to an app's Android system settings
- Multi-select mode to uninstall, share or extract several apps at once
- Per-app details: version, install/update dates, APK size, signing certificate, full permission list, debug-build flag

APK EXTRACTION & SHARING

- Extract any installed app's APK for backup or sharing
- Share an app's info, APK file or Play Store link via WhatsApp, Gmail, SMS or any other app

POWER USERS (ROOT)

On a rooted device (Magisk supported), AppSpot can uninstall preloaded system apps that the normal Android uninstaller refuses to remove - useful for clearing OEM bloatware.

POST-UNINSTALL CLEANUP

After you remove an app, AppSpot scans for leftover files and folders it left behind and offers to clear them, so your storage doesn't fill up with orphaned data.
