just purchased 1 device this year to replace my old one. main problem is trying to connect/view on my phone... It is installed the same spot and signal strength on my previous device. the only difference is the app. it is so annoying to unable to connect when you need it the most. specially when your running a business.

Installed camera and app on March 27, 2026. Camera and app worked fine, but as of April 23, i am no longer able to connect to camera via App. Have restarted camera and reinstalled app 10x+ and still unable to connect to Camera via app. Camera says its connected to network, but still unable to access the camera via the App. Camera and router has not moved and still located in original location when first installed. Very frustrating as of April 24th, still unable to access the camera.

it works perfectly fine the first time we assembled it, but there was a sudden piwer outage bcs of the heavy rain and thunderstorms and when the power is back we cant connect to it. i connected a new device, did what i did the first time we got the cctv and guess what?? IT DIDNT WORK, frustrates me. the wifi is good so idk why i cant connect to it, laging no devices found. dont buy this cctv, useless!
