Ratings and reviews

right after i purchased a data the device suddenly can't turn on. i put it outside my room where it can get a better signal to get a data. it kept on showing like an error. i reset the device many times and still the same problem

the camera constantly turn itself to off line and cannot access the play back. it's really annoying when we have to reset the camera on site while we are far away from it. although the customer service is helpful but having constant trouble is annoying.

The motion tracker feature consistently fails to return to the initial position. It works fine at first, but after 2–3 days, the guard position always shifts slightly off-target.
