Absolutely awful! Be careful, watch your money. Rude, bad customer service!!!! They lie a lot and will never help you, do not give you an invoice, and send you fake goods. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

suppliers in this app are suck. customer service are very bad. not reponsive to messages and even email. please read report about your suppliers and filter them. those with very bad reputation should be banned. it wasting our time trying to deal with those supplier who are not serious in doing business. very² bad platform for international business deal

people be aware that this app is a fraud app with fraud companies. I bought a product and after I paid the company told me that I will have to go to the port to get it and they will not do door to door delivery and asked for more money which I agreed but they asked me to send the money out side the app which I refused because I want to record every thing and then they said they can not deliver. so I applied for refund and the app deducted $60 from my refund as they will not refund all your money
