gave 5 stars but it needs 10! I've tried MANY fitness and recipe apps over the years, and this one wins, hands down. User interface? Slam dunk. Auto- adjusting recipe individual ingredient contents by not just servings but partial decimal points and by desired unit system!? Mind blown. Combining strength and Pilates not just in the app but in a given workout? I mean. I keep finding more to love. THANK YOU!!!

Overall I like the concept but it needs some improvements. A little hard to navigate certain things. I should be able to look at my food diary on any day not just the today. I often take pictures of my food to log later and this app won't let me see my diary beyond the current day. It often bugs and won't search for food that I know is in the database. It would be very helpful to see my meal plan also even on a day I don't have it scheduled. Content is good. Recipes are basic and gen. tasty.

My first week I was having constant wow moments when inputting the foods and drinks I used to enjoy just to see what the calories, fat, protein and carbs count were. This alone truly set me on a trajectory of true conscious eating and drinking. Im still in my first week and I can appreciate my new dedication to supporting my body with healthier habits and nutrition. My only recommendation is to have a more transferable integrative data process. Thank you for this platform.
