Maestro Health mSAVE Mobile provides the following functionality with its initial release:

• Account balances and details
• Upload Claims and Submit Receipts
• Recent Transactions and Details
• View all email and SMS alerts
• Contact administrator from mobile application via email or mobile phone
• Stronger Authentication support (Picture/Passphrase, device identification and Challenge questions)
• View Profile Details
• View Dependents
• View Card Details
• View Card PIN
• Register new users directly from mobile device
• Ability to edit billing address *
• Ability to update billing address *
• Ability to report card lost stolen *
• Ability to order replacement card *
• Ability to attach provider name to newly submitted claims *
• Ability to pay provider directly from app *

Ratings and reviews

Using fingerprint ID to log in NEVER works. Always says "Incorrect response from server. Try again later." Also, whenever I try to use LastPass to log in, the mSave app crashes. Having to log into the app every single time is so obnoxious, and it's exacerbated by having to open the app, unlock LastPass, have the mSave app crash, open it back up again, copy the password from the LastPass window, then paste in the password to finally log into mSave. Such a frustrating experience.

Within the app I cannot enlarge notification letters. This is so frustrating! Not user friendly at all! Still find this website frustrating: it is SUPER slow. It is asking me for a receipt and I cannot locate the action to add a receipt. And still can't enlarge documents in the app. Downgrading to a single star

Not very good. Issues with staying logged in and sending info. Left them after 1 year. You could send in the same receipt for a dentist twice a year and they would say it's not covered and have to jump through hoops only to have them tell the dentist and you that "Oh yeah. It's the same procedure that's covered." App did not help and always ended up having to use a desktop and phone to correct. Just not as good as our old BennieCard.
