Robo Defense is the ultimate portable tower defense experience. Featuring open maps, upgrades, achievements and nice graphics.

The full version features 5 maps with unlimited upgrades and difficulty levels.

Performance tips: If the game is running sluggishly, try playing fully "zoomed in". Turning off "High Quality Graphics Mode", in the options menu, will also help on some phone models.

A true gem of a game, and no pay-to-play! This is the only phone app game that I've kept for over 10 years and through many different phones. I have never regretted the $2 or $3 that I paid back in 2011ish for the full version. It's an entertaining time killer with enough levels, weapons/ability upgrades, and diverse alternate map layouts to keep it interesting even after long periods of not playing it for a while! I always get addicted to it again. Very replayable!

I have loved playing this game for years, especially like that I can transfer all progress to new devices now. However, the latest update automatically brings up three button navigation at the bottom of my phone and it won't go away. This interferes with the game in a bad way and makes it unplayable. I've tried switching my phone to gesture navigation and that makes it worse! I've tried reaching out to the programmer to no avail. I hope they fix this issue soon.

I have absolutely loved this game through the years. It is a near perfect mobile tower defense game, free from ads and microtransactios. There doesn't seem to be anything modern that even comes close. The strategic gameplay is awesome. There is definitely a grind component, but I always found ways to make it fun while progressing. I've played this game for hundreds of hours, on two different playthroughs. Since I can't find any good modern tower defense games I may restart this one again.
