Circle of Fifths Auto makes music theory tangible – visual, interactive, and completely offline.
Circle of Fifths
Tap on a key and instantly learn everything important: triads, chord tones, accidentals, and the relative minor key. The interactive circle shows you all 12 keys at a glance – including major and minor rings.
Four Knowledge Tabs
Circle of Fifths – Explore keys visually
Chords – All seven diatonic chords of each key with their function, chord tones, and comprehensive basic knowledge of harmony
Scales – Notes on real staff lines, whole and half steps, chord tone emphasis
Intervals – Prime to fifth with frequency ratios and half step intervals
Chord Formula Ring
Rotate the outer ring and select any root note. Tap intervals in the inner ring to build any chord yourself – from simple triads to complex jazz voicings like 7#11, m13, or 7b9.
Guitar Chord Diagrams
For each detected chord, up to five playable voicings are automatically calculated – with open, barre, and position diagrams. Tap a diagram for string details, fret numbers, and root note markers. A full 12-fret fretboard also shows you all the chord tones across the entire neck.
Chord Chart
Over 20 chord types in four categories – basic chords, seventh chords, extended chords, and alterations. Each type includes its formula and transposed notes for the currently selected root note.
Matching Scales
For each chord, the app automatically shows which major scales it appears in – ideal for improvisation and songwriting.
Four design colors
Choose between blue, red, green, and yellow – your color choice is saved between the two screens.
Who is it for?
Guitarists, pianists, songwriters, music students, and anyone who truly wants to understand harmony – without dry textbooks.
