Mailie Pro is a private email app for Android with a real AI assistant built in — and that assistant runs on your phone, not on someone else's server. Your mail is never uploaded, never processed in a data centre, and never used to train anything.

YOUR MORNING, ALREADY SORTED
Open the app and the overnight mail has already been read. A short briefing tells you what needs a reply, what you promised someone, what you're still waiting on, and what's only marketing — with the reason each item ranked where it did, and a tap through to the original message.

"How much is the invoice due?" "What did the lawyer send?" "Any meetings this week?" Ask in plain words and get an answer drawn from your own mail, with a numbered source on every line so you can check it yourself.

WRITTEN THE WAY YOU WRITE
Reply suggestions are built from mail you have actually sent — your greeting, your sign-off, your usual length. Draft a whole email from a one-line note, or rework what you have: shorter, warmer, more formal, proofread.

There is more where that came from: summaries without opening a message, automatic sorting into action, finance, orders, meetings, security, personal and newsletters, search that understands meaning rather than just keywords, on-device translation, and alerts for the topics you actually care about.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No ads, no trackers, no analytics, no advertising ID — there is no code in the app that could collect them.
• Your mail travels between your phone and your own mail server. There is no Mailie Pro cloud in between.
• Remote images are blocked, so senders cannot tell whether or when you opened their message.
• No contacts permission, no location, no camera permission.

SERIOUSLY SECURE
• Every connection is TLS 1.3 with certificate pinning, and you are warned if your server's identity ever changes.
• Everything kept on the device lives in an AES-256 encrypted database, with keys held in your phone's secure hardware.
• End-to-end encryption with OpenPGP and S/MIME, including automatic public-key lookup.
• Encrypted DNS, optional Tor routing, and a biometric app lock that keeps mail off your lock screen.
• On-device phishing and scam checks, an attachment safety scan, and a quiet word before you send to the wrong person or forget the attachment.

• Every attachment you have ever received, in one searchable drawer.
• A page for each person: everything they have sent you, across every folder and account.
• Snooze until later — or until they reply.
• Schedule send, undo send, one-tap unsubscribe, calendar invitations with RSVP.
• Anything you do offline is queued and applied when you are back, and a send that fails tells you why.
• Rules, signatures, templates, configurable swipes and a home-screen widget.

Gmail, Google Workspace and any IMAP, JMAP or POP3 account, set up automatically from your address. Several accounts share one unified inbox, each with its own colour and its own notifications. Real-time push, and a layout built for tablets and foldables as well as phones.

Material 3 design in light, dark and true black. Ten languages, with full right-to-left Arabic. Screen-reader support on every screen, plus read aloud, dictation, handwriting and adjustable text size.
