Unable to log in, being told my credentials are wrong. Reset password twice with no luck. Clunky interface and poorly optimized app. Updated to 2 stars now that I'm able to login. It's annoying having put in your username, company name, and password every time you want to clock in or out. It's also silly that if you need to edit your hours, you need to go to the website. Why do you have an App that only does half the job?

The locations don't track as they should. I turn my wifi off, try at different locations, have restarted my phone, and have tried all sorts of different things to attempt to consistently get maps to show up ij my timesheets to no avail! This is causing me to get into trouble as if I'm using the website to enter timesheets after the fact instead of using the app. Why would I do that when clocking in and out is easier? Fix the maps so I can get paid and my client doesn't lose services they need!

The app is pretty lame, but usable (see below). From my experience, you can follow two simple rules to avoid 90% of the issues with this app: 1. If you see three blue dots blinking on the screen, while you're in the app, WAIT until they disappear, before doing anything else or moving away from the app. 2. If you open the app and it appears that you're still logged in from last time you had it open, DO NOT proceed. Kill the app, open it again and re-login.
