Ratings and reviews

You ask for sharing feedback/rating hotel stays but don't provide and option to "skip" uploading pictures of the property. Everybody is not a wannabe influencer. I just wanted to mention what I liked/disliked about the hotel and submit my thoughts. As uploading pictures was the last step of my feedback form and I had already put efforts to reach there, I had to upload my road trip and get over it. Don't blame me if u see roads in a hotel review.

The mmt app sends way too many notifications. Also they don't follow android guidelines to segregate different notifications into categories so to stop notifications, you have to turn off notifications for the entire app. Also they send same notification via sms, app notification, email and WhatsApp. You have to turn it off in the app for each category. By abusing the notification, this will lead to people disabling all notifications for mmt, which can cause to miss the important ones.

FRAUDULENT SERVICE!!! I placed a flight ticket booking and wanted to change the date later. The changes were made and payment was done, amount was debited from my account and the booking was not confirmed! I tried to contact the customer service and it's an automated service where you don't find an option to talk to a customer service executive who would understand and help, rather an automated machine which has no clue how to solve this issue! PATHETIC!!!
