Very bad experience, so far waiting 9 days before they have even shipped my package, although in the app it told me delivery 3 to 4 days. after enquiry they dont even apologize only make a bad excuse about it being an estimate. Just because itz an estimate DOES NOT make it acceptable to lie or mispresent yourself. Now after everything im feeling anxious about receiving fake products.

It was a very bad experience; my order was lost, they did not deliver it to USPS, and I have been waiting for more than a month to get my refund. All I have gotten from their customer service is "sorry," and that I need to wait until they find my package so they can refund my money. Not recommended at all.
