The new app is great! Very fast and simple. The only thing that it's missing is a way to transfer money digitally to an external account, like Zelle. The app has a menu option for p2p (peer to peer) but it really just means the ability to send a check. If a digital method for sending money to external accounts is added, it's definitely a 5 star app! Thanks!

Loaded the app today. Found it extremely easy to use. Also spoke with Roslyn Shaw, customer service, she was amazing. She was patient, had a pleasant attitude, & provided knowledgeable & resourceful resources. Roslyn also took things a step further & exceeded — rather than just met — my expectations.

The app works fast, has lots of features. It allows for clear images.
