I'm unable to use the app. I put in my username and password and the app acts like it is wrong. Now when I use the same username and password online instead of the app I can get right in. Something is clearly wrong with the app. I am not even able to login using biometrics even if the box is checked. Prior to not being able to use the app at all, it still sucked and took over a minute of spinning/loading just to get into the app, when it actually accepted my login. This app needs serious IT help

App can be difficult to navigate and clunky. Mobile deposit takes a long time to show up in the account. I thought I saw it noted that it's within a few hours but often times it takes nearly 24 hours and there have been times that it has been nearly 40 hours. Not a fan. Suddenly the camera feature is having issues focusing for the mobile deposit. My other banking app doesn't have this issue.

Worse than imaginable. Checks now take longer than possible (3 work days), can't copy and paste password info, checks are often not deposited due to unknown reasons, and log ins work most of the time, not all of the time. Also no ATM map, nor contact us usefulness.
