App can be difficult to navigate and clunky. Mobile deposit takes a long time to show up in the account. I thought I saw it noted that it's within a few hours but often times it takes nearly 24 hours and there have been times that it has been nearly 40 hours. Not a fan. Suddenly the camera feature is having issues focusing for the mobile deposit. My other banking app doesn't have this issue.

Worse than imaginable. Checks now take longer than possible (3 work days), can't copy and paste password info, checks are often not deposited due to unknown reasons, and log ins work most of the time, not all of the time. Also no ATM map, nor contact us usefulness.

Clunky. Poor organization on the page. Redundant keystrokes necessary. Hate this banking app. Edit: worse than I originally thought. Problem is though that MY BANK insists on using it and the developer isn't at all responsive.
