Very frustrating app. It shows the same transaction two to three times on different days. I'm not sure if I'm being charged 2-3 times for the same transaction. Also it would be nice if it showed who the transactions are to. I know other banks do this. I've been with crossroads for 15 years, but my family, husband and two young adult sons, are starting to have conversations about switching banks. Young people especially like to have an reliable app and this one isn't going to work.

I like the old app it actually kept track of your purchases. This app your purchases don't show up till days later. Please fix this app. Transactions aren't showing up till days later. And when my check gets deposited it disappears the next day. Its Nov 2023 your due for an update. Also the app needs a real update. It's very old school. Give it a new look and more options like apply for a loan online. I've heard of other banks you can apply for car loans through the app.

First off this is a great bank! The ladies at the Syracuse branch are top notch! As far as the app it is a great improvement over the last. The accounts that are on the top of the main page can be smaller. They are large and take up a good amount of real estate on the screen. This would allow for less scrolling of recent transactions. There could be an "accounts" icon next to the settings cog to allow easier access to the main accounts screen. Or even a small row of icons for the other pages.
