Very frustrating app. It shows the same transaction two to three times on different days. I'm not sure if I'm being charged 2-3 times for the same transaction. Also it would be nice if it showed who the transactions are to. I know other banks do this. I've been with crossroads for 15 years, but my family, husband and two young adult sons, are starting to have conversations about switching banks. Young people especially like to have an reliable app and this one isn't going to work.

First off this is a great bank! The ladies at the Syracuse branch are top notch! As far as the app it is a great improvement over the last. The accounts that are on the top of the main page can be smaller. They are large and take up a good amount of real estate on the screen. This would allow for less scrolling of recent transactions. There could be an "accounts" icon next to the settings cog to allow easier access to the main accounts screen. Or even a small row of icons for the other pages.

App is not user friendly. Can't hide payees. Can no longer is pending scheduled bills. This new version is worse then the last version and that version was terrible. Now you have went from bad to worse. Thanks for encouraging me to move my online banking to a different bank.
