About this app

F4goals is a free task manager and progress tracker for work that takes more
than one sitting. Track partial progress on every task, not just done or not done.

Most to-do list apps know two states: done, and not done. A task you are 60%
through looks exactly like one you have not started. So a week of real work
shows up as an empty checklist, and you feel like you got nothing done.

F4goals fixes that. Slide any task sideways to set its progress anywhere from
0% to 100%. Your task list finally looks like your week actually went.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Partial progress on every task - slide a task to set it to 20%, 60%, 90%.
No more all-or-nothing checkboxes.
• Nested subtasks, unlimited depth - break a big task into smaller tasks, and
those into smaller ones again. However deep the work goes.
• Projects - group related tasks into a project, and see how far along the
whole project is at a glance.
• Drag and drop - drag a task to reorder it, move it under a different parent,
or send it to another project. The list reflows as you go.
• Progress dashboard - a daily completion streak, a chart of your completions
over the last 7 days, everything currently in flight, and lifetime totals.
• Works offline - add and update tasks with no connection. Everything syncs
automatically when you are back online.
• Web and Android - the same projects and tasks on your phone and in any
browser at f4goals.com.
