I have experienced serious issues with this ride-booking app. At first it worked, but when the bus arrived, my name did not appear on the driver’s phone, so I was not picked up. I waited for more than two hours, but no bus stopped. A few days later the error ‘Try again’ started showing, and now I cannot book any trip at all. This causes major difficulties, and I hope the developers will fix it soon.

The app does its job and does it quite well. Booking for a ride in your chosen area is quite easy and it takes less than 1 min. However, the waiting times for the vans can be a gamble at times. If you are lucky, it can sometimes be less than 5 mins if a van is nearby. If not, it can be up to 30 mins or an hour. The app also does not show you what route it will take when you make the booking so your journey time to your destination is based on luck as well.

Used to work months ago, but now: Current location is Penang, but the app is only showing KL maps / pick up / drop off spots 300 km away – suddenly unusable. Is this service discontinued? I still see the vans driving around... ?
