I have experienced serious issues with this ride-booking app. At first it worked, but when the bus arrived, my name did not appear on the driver’s phone, so I was not picked up. I waited for more than two hours, but no bus stopped. A few days later the error ‘Try again’ started showing, and now I cannot book any trip at all. This causes major difficulties, and I hope the developers will fix it soon.

This seems to be a scam. Booked a ride and the driver just never departed their starting location. There was no way to contact or report the driver and when I eventually cancelled, I was charged a cancellation fee and told I'll be penalized for my next booking. Edit: After following up on this and contacting their support, opening a ticket, there has been no reply from them. It has been 7 days and not even an initial reply. (Ticket #18950)

Is it normal a 10-minute only destination becomes 40-minute (from 7.30am - 8.10am) with no traffic jam? I don't know if it's the driver's fault or the app's fault that give longer route to driver. But when I look at the 5 stops, they're all so far away from my drop-off stop. I don't understand why he couldn't just drop me first and pick up other passengers that are much further away later. I love Kumpool. But I will always remember this one bad experience forever.
