I have experienced serious issues with this ride-booking app. At first it worked, but when the bus arrived, my name did not appear on the driver’s phone, so I was not picked up. I waited for more than two hours, but no bus stopped. A few days later the error ‘Try again’ started showing, and now I cannot book any trip at all. This causes major difficulties, and I hope the developers will fix it soon.

This transport system has to be the most unreliable there is out there, it's constantly unavailable, I can only book what seems 48 hours in advance and every time I try there system is overload and they can't provide transport. I even had put money to use when I downloaded it in the digital wallet of the app, and now I can't, to be honest I wish I never did. I don't recommend this app, now my money had clearly gone to the waste 😤😤

Why bother having a drop-down menu to select a non-Malaysian/SG phone number when it THEN says "Invalid Phone Number"? If you can't support foreign phone numbers then just say so upfront instead of giving people false hope and going through all the extra steps to sign up. Also, not accepting foreign phone numbers is very unfriendly to tourists and this policy deprives the app of a major source of revenue because it just pushes visitors like me to go use Grab, where they DO accept foreign number.
