Completely unhelpful. I did reach out to customer support and they did nothing. Doctors seem to care more about rushing through a consult rather than properly diagnosing. Often seems they are guessing because their diagnoses are often contradictory and their reasoning does not add up. I wouldn't recommend unless you just need a prescription refill, in which case it's very overpriced.

Solid app, and the dev cycle’s clearly active. The early UX had some friction—kept prompting for the same data (meds, allergies, etc.), which felt a bit redundant. But credit where it’s due: the team patched those quirks fast. Now it’s pretty seamless. Lowers the overhead on managing meds and lab work by a solid margin.

So, the service itself works well. I can get prescriptions, meet with providers, and receive the care I need conveniently and quickly. However, the providers are hit and miss. In fact, there's one general practitioner who keeps canceling my 30 mins or less before scheduled appointments. I am sure it's because I divulged I am transgender when I was seeking care. I did not have that problem prior.
