Ratings and reviews

This app is not "free" for me and many others. My working colleague opened up his maple app and I opened mine only to see that the home page is different from the two apps which are exactly the same download. He gets free service and I and many others don't. There should be clear instructions but they don't exist. So frustrating!! I just reached out to Maple "virtual" help and the bot said it's because some people have secondary insurance which is attached to their Maple account. 👎

My first experience and it was incredible. So grateful for finding out about this service. Dr. McIntyre was fantastic! Clear, quick, but thorough process. It was so streamlined and easy to navigate. They responded in seconds and helped me to get a desperately needed prescription within 10 minutes. (severe tooth pain and infection). Thank you all very much, you will be highly recommended by me.

Originally this was a great app for the accessibility of healthcare, but the use of the "AI intake" is absolutely obscene, worthless, and greatly reduced the quality of the app and care. It asks relentless questions, many of which have nothing to do with the care you're actually looking for, and serves no actual purpose when the amount of time you have to spend on the app then clarifying the information with the medical practitioner is JUST as long as prior to the AI existing.
