Ratings and reviews

It's okay. I mainly use it as I don't have a GP and only 1 walk-in clinic in the area that is overcapacity before they even open. I can also typically get a consultation faster than other platforms I've tried. That said, they moved from a payperuse model to subscription which is I guess okay, if you use it frequently enough. Being in BC our MSP is covered, but not with Maple's subscription. When it was a payperuse I was also unable to figure out how to not be charged. other issues 500char limit

EDIT May 16,2025... Since the beginning the app has always been extremely slow and extremely laggy, please fix this problem and that is my reason for 1 star I will adjust accordingly....... Easy to use, very professional manners. Have used it well over 30 times for me and other family members. Will always use before waiting 12 hours++ at the ER. Definitely recommend to anyone who doesn't have a doctor or nurse practitioner assigned.

Terrible service. They really can't help with anything. Can prescribe very limited meds and won't full out extended health benefits forms or any forms. Don't waste your time or money with these doctors. Pharmacists can prescribe more. Not worth $69/consultation or for free. They always say go to the walkin Clinic. 4 times I have used it and 4 times told to go to walkin.
