Ratings and reviews

Got charged for a while year ($90) for a 7 day trial. I know it's my fault... but how scummy to insta-charge for a year. it's the same old "free trial" scam, hoping you forget. Last free-trial I'll ever do, I'm over it. Edit: ok, for the app itself. For $90 you get to see 3 property searches. Now it won't show any parcel info. You can go to your local county auditor website and lookup this information for FREE folks! You don't need this scummy app charging you $30 for 1 search (only 3 in total)

Update: the support team reached out and resolved the issue. Apparently the email used to sign up was inaccurate. Thank you! Once you purchase a subscription, it won't allow you to login using your Google account, even if that's how you signed up. It was a useful app while logged in, but after logging out, impossible to log back in, rendering the subscription useless. Looking for an alternative now. I reached out to support as directed, but still no response.

I can't even get a brand new account to log in. I put my credentials in, wrong password reset password. I've hit "forgot" password and entered my email. I opened the reset password email, clicked the big blue button, and it sent me to the website, which automatically gives you instructions to download the app. I was in the app when I hit the forgot password link. It has taken me way too much time to login. I'm not going to pay for a subscription when they can't even get the login to work.
